This forum has also conducted in-depth discussions on how the industry has developed. The author concludes that there are four points as follows:
First of all, the industry management and management methods should be based on the strategic level of globalization and grouping. In order to improve the current dispersal of the coatings industry, small scale, and low risk resistance, the industry should strengthen cooperation and jointly respond to competition. Enterprises must adhere to the overall and group development, promote brand strategy, and operate with integrity; strengthen mutual resources and information sharing, and make the industry as a whole bigger and stronger, and enhance overall competitiveness. At present, industry competition has jumped to intangible decision-making competition.
