The employing unit is the main body responsible for the control and elimination of occupational disease hazards. It must strictly implement the national regulations, standards and systems for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases, and the main responsible person shall be fully responsible for the occupational disease prevention and treatment work of the unit.

Enterprises that fail to meet the governance requirements within the prescribed time limit must be closed in accordance with the law.
