In this case, it is necessary for the transfer staff or protection engineer to maintain a high degree of vigilance against the "error signal" of the bearing; for example, noise, temperature and oscillation. 1. Listening to the use of hearing to identify irregular work is a very general approach. The timing measurement of the bearing temperature can be relied on by the thermometer; the bearing temperature can be accurately measured.
Bearings of importance; meaning that when they are damaged; they will constitute a stop of the equipment; therefore, the best of such bearings should be equipped with a temperature detector.
Under normal conditions; the bearing will have a natural temperature rise just after smoothing or smoothing back and continue for one or two days.
3. Investigate the bearing if it is outstandingly smooth and can ensure proper insulation and moisture; it indicates that the oil seal should be free of wear. However, when the bearing housing is turned over, the bearing is visually inspected and the oil seal is regularly viewed.
