The power end structure is shown in Figure 1. The working principle is as follows: the motor of the transmission system drives the pinion, the large gear, the crank assembly, the connecting rod and the crosshead through the transmission system, so that the rotary motion is converted into a linear motion, and the piston is driven to reciprocate; the function of the crankshaft is to drive the power The rotary motion provided by the transmission system is converted into a linear reciprocating motion, and the torque transmitted by the motor is converted into the piston force supplied to the hydraulic end. Therefore, the crankshaft is one of the most important components of the power end, bearing the maximum load and full power, with a strong direction of changing bending moments and torque, while experiencing long-time high-speed wear, crankshaft components The quality of the part is directly affected by the quality of the crankshaft assembly, which directly affects the service life of the equipment. Therefore, designing the tooling fixture that meets the assembly quality is the premise guarantee for the crankshaft assembly.
