Second, according to the maintenance system of the national standard light rail train air compressor, the design principle of air compressor performance testing experiment was summarized, and the overall implementation plan of the experiment was sorted out. Finally, the air compressor hardware system and software system are designed in detail. According to the design, the hardware functions of the air compressor mainly include the design of the test bench gas path, the console, and the related control circuit; the software system includes various test process control, test data processing, and report output modules.
The final experimental results show that all the functional requirements of the air compressor can be reflected in this experiment. The experiment can quickly and accurately obtain the parameters of the air compressor, greatly reducing the possibility of air compressor failure. The goal of successful use of air compressors was achieved.
