Recently, Dr. Wang Qianlong, a teacher of the School of Petroleum Engineering of Xi'an Shiyou University, and his team developed a new diamond composite sheet 1913QL-1 and a super-hard nozzle for key components of hydraulic blasting.

Among them, the new diamond composite piece 1913QL-1 project in the same section of the Chuanqing drilling 30533 team in the same block, the realization of a single drill bit to drill three wells to complete the drilling index. The product has obvious advantages in wear resistance, impact resistance and drilling speed. The initial experiment has been well received by users.

In the experiment of Changqing Oilfield Company and Chuanqing Drilling Company, the single-well over-sand amount exceeds 150 squares, which guarantees the 15-stage grading fracturing of horizontal wells. The blasting nozzle has the characteristics of high hardness and strong wear resistance. In the high-pressure, high-speed corrosive working fluid, it has the characteristics of small deformation and small wear under long-time erosion, and achieves the performance of similar foreign advanced products in performance.

The successful development of these products has filled the gap in the development of super-hard advanced materials by Xi'an Petroleum University, which has enhanced the professional influence of the school, established a leading position in the industry, and laid a solid foundation for the next industrialization and external cooperation. It has been favored and approached by many investment institutions.
