Heilongjiang graphite deep processing output value will increase tenfold in three years

The reporter learned from the Heilongjiang Department of Science and Technology yesterday that the province's project titled "Development of High-Purity Graphite Materials and Their Typical Applications" has been selected for the National Science and Technology Support Program. The initiative is expected to be launched this year, marking a significant step forward in the region’s graphite industry. Industry experts believe that the project will play a crucial role in advancing the technological capabilities and product quality of local graphite companies. With the support of both national and provincial funding, the project aims to drive innovation and promote the development of high-value graphite products. According to forecasts from the Heilongjiang Department of Science and Technology, the total output value of the graphite industry in the province is projected to reach 25 billion yuan by 2015. Of this, 60% — or 15 billion yuan — is expected to come from deep-processing graphite products. This highlights the growing importance of value-added applications in the sector. The project itself is estimated to cost 150 million yuan, with 50 million yuan provided by the Ministry of Science and Technology, another 50 million from the local government, and the remaining 50 million raised by participating enterprises. It focuses on five key research areas, including the green production of flake graphite materials and the purification technology for high-purity flake graphite. Once launched, the project is expected to establish 11 industrial demonstration lines, further boosting the region’s manufacturing capabilities. In 2012, the total output value of the graphite industry in Heilongjiang reached 2 billion yuan, reflecting a 34% increase compared to the previous year. The output value of deep-processing products rose sharply to 780 million yuan, accounting for 39% of the total, a remarkable 272% growth from the previous year. Heilongjiang Province holds the largest graphite reserves in China, accounting for about 45% of the world’s total. However, the region has traditionally focused on producing graphite powder, lacking advanced, high-tech products. To address this, the Jixi Science and Technology Bureau, along with the Heilongjiang Graphite Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, collaborated with key enterprises and domestic universities and research institutions. They partnered with Aoyu Graphite Group Co., Ltd. as the lead unit to submit the national science and technology support plan project. Currently, 18 deep-processing graphite projects are under construction in the province, with a total investment of 8.49 billion yuan. The focus is expanding into advanced products such as expandable graphite, flexible graphite, lithium battery anode materials, and sealing materials, as well as diamond-related applications. Representatives from China Baoan Company have expressed optimism about the future of graphene development. The company plans to continue investing in human and financial resources, aiming for new technological breakthroughs and promoting broader market adoption.

Wire Mesh Wound Polyethylene Pipe

Cross helically wound steel wires reinforced-polyethylene composite pipe (SRCP) is a kind of composite metal plastic pipe with excellent overall performance. With excellent pressure bearing performance, good flexibility, long-term resistance to acid and alkaline corrosion and abrasion, it is suitable for long-distance underground pipes for water supply and drainage, slurry transportation and the like, especially for subsidence region such as mining area, river channel.
