However, on the day of listing on May 10, Shengliwei issued another announcement saying that the company intends to apply for the initial public offering of RMB ordinary shares (A shares) and listed in China. It was submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on April 1, 2017. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau submitted the registration materials for the initial public offering of stock guidance and is currently receiving counseling from Huachuang Securities Co., Ltd.

In 2010, for the purpose of overseas listing and overseas financing, Shengliwei built a framework for overseas control and return investment. In 2010, Shengliwei's actual controller Sheng Rongsheng established two overseas BVI companies Sunnywill and Sunnyway, and established a wholly-owned holding of the Cayman company Sunnywell through two BVI companies, and Sunnywell established Hong Kong company Sunnywell (HK). Sunnywell (HK) established a limited shareholding structure of the domestic operating entity Shengliwei. Sheng Rongsheng indirectly holds a 100% stake in Shengliwei through the above shareholding structure.
On November 12 of that year, Sunnywell conducted a round of equity financing, introducing foreign investors WP Sunnywell Holdings Limited, Amplewood, Bravo, and Sunnywell to issue a total of 200,000,000 preferred shares to the above-mentioned overseas investors in two batches. Sunnywell collectively indirectly holds a 50% stake in Shengliwei.
