According to the structure, the oil filter can be divided into a paper oil filter, a sintered oil filter, a mesh oil filter, a line gap oil filter and the like.

1, paper oil filter

1 The filter core is a paper core made of plain or corrugated phenolic resin or wood pulp microporous filter paper, and the paper core is wrapped around a skeleton made of perforated tinplate to increase the strength. In order to increase the filtration area, the paper core is generally formed into a folded shape.

2 Its high filtration precision is generally used for fine filtration of oil, but it cannot be cleaned after clogging, and the filter element must be replaced frequently.

2, sintered oil filter

1 The filter element is sintered with metal powder, and the micropores between the particles are used to block the passage of impurities in the oil.

2 The filter element can withstand high pressure, good corrosion resistance and high filtration precision, and is suitable for high pressure and high temperature hydraulic systems requiring fine filtration.

3, mesh oil filter

1The filter element uses copper mesh as the filter material, and is surrounded by a plastic or metal tubular skeleton with many holes around it, and is covered with one or two layers of copper mesh. The filtering precision depends on the number of layers of copper mesh and the size of the mesh. .

2 This oil filter has a simple structure, large flow capacity, convenient cleaning, but low filtration precision, and is generally used for the oil suction port of a hydraulic pump.

4, line gap type oil filter

1 The steel wire or the aluminum wire is tightly wound around the outside of the cylindrical frame to form a filter element, and the small gap between the copper wires is used to filter out the impurities mixed in the liquid.

2 Its simple structure, large flow capacity, high filtration accuracy than mesh oil filter, but not easy to clean, mostly oil return filter.

The installation method of the oil filter is as follows:

1. The suction oil filter has a simple structure, and its function is to prevent large particle pollutants from being sucked into the pump during oil absorption. Generally, a low-precision filter element is used, and the maximum filtration precision is not more than 30-50um. For the convenience of maintenance, the oil filter should be used. Installed on the top or side of the tank, it should also be considered that its flow capacity should be more than twice the maximum flow of the hydraulic pump to prevent the pump from absorbing.

2. The oil path oil filter is installed in the pressure pipeline downstream of the hydraulic pump to deliver clean pressure oil to the hydraulic system. Usually, a high-precision oil filter is used. The filtration precision is 3-20um, and the circulation capacity should be no less than the pressure oil circuit. Maximum flow.

3. The oil return oil filter is installed after the total oil return pipe, and filters the pollutants generated by the external invasion system and the system. Usually, a high-precision oil filter is also used. According to the recent pollution control system theory, the oil in the fuel tank should reach a certain level of cleanliness. At the same time, in order to prevent the filter element from being damaged due to blockage, the filter should be installed to block the filter.
