The above two kinds of errors have a large influence on the small load measurement, and the impact on the large load measurement is relatively small.
Solution:
a. First check whether the test machine is installed horizontally, and level the horizontal direction of the main engine with the frame level on both sides of the working cylinder (or column).
b. Adjust the level of the dynamometer before and after the dynamometer on the front of the pendulum, and align the edge of the pendulum with the inner scribe line. Use the horizontal ruler to adjust the left and right horizontal of the body against the side of the oscillating bar.
