It is widely used in liquid crystal flat panel display backlight module brightness enhancement film and diffusion film, road traffic sign microprism reflective film, liquid crystal display protection anti-reflection film and anti-reflection film, naked eye 3D display functional film and household metal imitation metal wire high gloss film Wait. These products have high added value, large market demand, and key technologies have always been in the hands of foreign companies.

From 2014 to 2016, Hubei Aerospace Chemical Technology Research Institute undertook the development and application of key technologies for optical micro-precision micro-replication process in Hubei Province. It has carried out structural design, engraving resin formulation research and coating process research. Acceptance by the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province.

The relevant person in charge of the Hubei Institute of Aerospace Chemical Technology said that they designed a special surface coating microstructure to develop a special engraved coating resin formulation, which is anti-glare, anti-scratch or anti-static treatment on the back of the optical film engraved coating. The product yield rate is over 20%, which greatly improves the scientific and technological level of China's new material industry chain.

According to reports, at present, this technology has been applied in important national defense projects, and 10 invention patents have been filed.
