(4) Communication part program and spindle running curve subroutine:
The MODBUS ASCII communication protocol is mainly used to complete the data transmission with the inverter, and then control the spindle running speed curve. The PLC program is shown in Figure 4, and the spindle speed curve is shown in Figure 5.

4 Conclusion
The system adopts the Delta control system solution, the whole machine control adopts the digital communication mode, the control precision is high, the reliability and anti-interference performance are greatly improved, and the principle of “improving the software design level to reduce the hardware investment†is utilized, which not only reduces the system. Cost, and increase the market competitiveness of the product.
