In 2010, the proportion of crude steel production in the top ten steel companies increased from 44.5% in 2009 to 48.1%, and the output of the top ten auto companies accounted for 86% of the national total. The operating conditions of SMEs improved significantly. The added value of the above small and medium-sized enterprises increased by 17.5% year-on-year, 1.8 percentage points faster than the average industrial level above all scales. Guiding the development of emerging industries Zhu Hongren proposed that the development of strategic emerging industries is the highlight of the industrial economy in 2010. In 2010, the annual added value of high-tech industries including emerging industries increased by 16.6% year-on-year, an increase of 0.9 percentage points faster than industry. Steel sintering desulfurization technology, new generation of recyclable process technology and key technologies such as waste heat, residual pressure and blast furnace gas recovery have made new breakthroughs. The daily production of 5,000 tons of large-scale cement production equipment and electrolytic aluminum new-shaped cathode tank manufacturing process have reached international leading. Level. The achievements of strategic emerging industry development in 2010 also include the smooth progress of TD-SCDMA commercialization and industrialization, and the steady development of TD-LTE research and development.
