Unipolar safety wire installation procedures and requirements

1, install the trolley wire angle bracket

Use bolts or welding methods to ensure that the spacing is between 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters in length and one in weight is 2 meters. The angle bracket is fixed on the carriageway rail plate (pressed with platen bolts, or welded to the plate). The erection of the bracket is the key to the installation quality of the trolley wire, and it is an important link to ensure the flatness and usability of the trolley wire. The straightness of the bracket on the entire wire must be ensured. The extension of the angle steel is the same, and the angle steel must be parallel and cannot be skewed. The plane with square hole angle steel is in a plane, and the square hole is in a straight line. Generally, square corner cable can be used to flatten the alignment.

2. Mount the lifting rack on the angle bracket

In this case, the nuts should not be tightened and tightened after adjustment. The lifting rack of the heavy-duty trolley wire should be installed on the slide wire first.

3, install the trolley wire and connector

Hold the slide wire in the bayonet mount. Fit the connector into the other end of each set of wires, and install the second set of slide wires in the same way. Use a connector to connect the two slide wires, install the joint jacket, and then install all the slide wires. Note that the joints should be smooth and the clearance is 0.5mm. After the four-phase slide wire is installed, it is leveled and tightens the nut of the pylon

4, install the power input section

To install the power input section according to a pre-designed power transmission method, be sure to tighten the nuts and install the jacket.

5, install the clip

According to the design plan to install clips, three, four hole clips each span two; single hole clips for each span of two (triphase six, four phase eight).

6. Installation of expansion parts and overhaul sections

The method of installation with the joint, the location should be set according to the design program.

7, install the end sleeve

The end sleeves are installed at both ends of the trolley wire and can also be installed before hanging.

8, check

After the entire slide wire is installed, check carefully whether the slide wire is straight, whether the spacing is the same, whether the lifting rack is tightened, and whether the joint is smooth.

9, install the collector and its retractor (square tube)

After the slide wire is installed, the current collector can be installed, and the retractor (square tube) is welded to the moving equipment in a rhombic shape, and the current collector is mounted on the tractor in turn and fastened and fixed. Check whether the contact shoe is turned to flexible and whether the contact with the wire is good or adjustment should be made.

10, collector and electricity equipment cable connection

Note that before wiring, check the insulation requirements of the motor according to the requirements. If any abnormality is found, repair or replace it.

11, access to power

Connect the power cord firmly to the power input section. Carefully press it.

12, test run

Should be no-load test run, reciprocating several back and forth, if there is no exception can be put into the load test, observe the voltage, current is normal, if abnormal, should immediately stop, cut off the power to check, remove the fault and then put into operation.
