The thermoformed/stretch film packaging machine allows continuous packaging of all types of products through plastic films on two reels or pre-formed trays. The lower film is formed into a tray container by heat, and the upper film covers the tray to be heat-sealed to isolate the environment. Vacuum is required when the product is in a package or a modified atmosphere.
The film is sent to a forming mold, and a food container (thermoforming) is prepared by heating and vacuum assistance. After the container is rapidly cooled, the food is placed and transferred to a sealing station, and vacuumed and heated to achieve a seal between the upper film and the container.

Among them, the pump with small pumping speed is used in the thermoforming process, the large pump is used for vacuuming before heat sealing, and some models are equipped with Roots pump for faster tempo.
