AC and DC voltage divider use matters needing attention

AC and DC voltage dividers are used in power system and electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing departments to measure industrial frequency AC high voltage and DC high voltage. They are RC shielded voltage divider type high voltage measuring devices. It is mainly used for pulse high voltage, lightning high voltage, and power frequency high voltage measurement.

AC and DC voltage divider instructions

1. Open the aluminum alloy box, remove the pressure divider tube, pressure ball, special digital measuring instrument and special cable.

2. Put the splitter cylinder with the base in a safe and reliable manner, and install the second section of the pressure divider cylinder and pressure equalizing ball in turn.

3. Connect the ground wire firmly to the “ground” terminal of the voltage divider base.

4. Connect the high voltage lead under test to the pressure equalizer ball at the top of the voltage divider.

5. Insert one end of the special cable into the output hole of the voltage divider, and the other end into the voltage measurement hole of the measuring instrument, pay attention to the tightness.

6. According to the high pressure to be measured, select the position where the measuring instrument was thrown.

7. Load high pressure and record data.

8. After depressurizing for a period of time, the main can remove the experimental circuit until the measuring instrument shows zero.

Use caution

1. The device must not be surrounded by any foreign matter when used so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.

2. Strictly pay attention to maintain the operating distance and ensure safe operation

all. 3. Check the reliable connection of various parts, especially the solid ground connection.

4. After the measurement is completed, the meter will enter the site until the measurement shows zero.

5. Do not use overpressure, and pay attention to the cleanliness of the surface. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
