The “three exchanges, three inspections” requirements are strictly followed—checking the mental state of workers, ensuring proper use of protective equipment, explaining the day’s construction process, and identifying potential hazards with corresponding safety measures. By doing so, they ensure that safety production is truly “preventive, controllable, and recontrollable,” enabling the team meetings to effectively support the project’s success.
