(1) Avoid frequent rises and falls in a short period of time, otherwise it will cause the motor to heat up and damage the motor.
(2) Pay attention to pedestrians during the ascent operation to avoid injury.
(3) When the column is not working properly, the ascent and descent are completed, press the stop button once to avoid damage to the electrical components and not to stop, causing the motor to burn out.

3. Requirements for installation and commissioning of lifting columns
1. Digging foundation pits (also can be excavated in a row):
Dig the foundation pit according to the product's external dimensions, foundation pit size: length: determine the size according to the road conditions on site;
Width: 600 --- 800mm;
Depth: 1300mm (including 200mm permeable layer).
2. Make the water seepage layer:
Use sand and gravel to mix and make a 200mm water seepage layer from the bottom of the foundation pit. The water seepage layer is flattened and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking. (If conditions are met, gravel below 10mm can be selected, no sand is required.) According to the different conditions in the region, choose whether to make drainage.
3. Place the product and adjust:
It will be placed on the water-permeable layer, adjust the level of the outer barrel, and weld the reinforcement around the outer barrel with steel bars to prevent tilting.
4. Embedded wire pipe:
According to the position of the outlet hole reserved on the surface of the outer barrel, the threading pipe is pre-buried. The diameter of the threading pipe is determined according to the number of lifting columns. In general, each lifting column needs to be equipped with a 5x2.5 cable (three-core motor cable and two-core solenoid valve cable). An additional 2 * 2.0 LED light line is provided. The specific use should be determined according to customer needs and power distribution before construction.
5. Commissioning of lifting column:
Connect the circuit to the equipment, perform ascent and descent operations, observe the ascent and descent of the equipment, adjust the height of the equipment, and check the equipment for oil leakage.
6. Fixing equipment and pouring:
Put the equipment into the pit, backfill with an appropriate amount of sand, and fix the equipment with stones, and then use C30 concrete to slowly and evenly cast it until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
