I think the three carriages of custom home dealers in the future are: product quality, design and installation services. The quality is controlled by the manufacturer, and the dealer can control the design and back-end installation services. But many times, our front-end is doing well. As soon as we reach the back-end service, consumers start to complain and are not satisfied with the brand.

The reason for the low installer's sense of responsibility is that his physique restricts his labor force, resulting in low income; second, his physique causes him to be responsible only to the boss, not to the consumer.
