At present, during the peak season of decoration, solid wood furniture has become the most popular category among all kinds of furniture. However, industry insiders reminded that in these "solid wood", there are not a few people who mix the fish, and consumers should "look and ask" when they purchase, and carefully discern them.

"Wang" refers to judging whether the material is true or not. It is mainly necessary to observe the knots, wood grain and cross section of the main board and side panels of the furniture. The other side of the solid wood material scar will have a corresponding pattern. The wood grain is to check the correspondence between the furniture surface and the two sides, and the correspondingly good is pure solid wood. The color of the solid wood furniture section is deeper than the panel.

"Smell" is to determine what kind of tree the solid wood material belongs to by identifying the smell. From the cheapest pine, pressed wood, to expensive mahogany, the price will vary by tens of times and the performance will be very different.

“Q” refers to the judgment of the origin of furniture. There is an old saying called "solid wood but the Yangtze River", that is, after the solid wood furniture produced in the south reaches the north, it will be susceptible to cracking and deformation due to the moisture content of the climate. Therefore, you should see the place of production when purchasing.

“Cut” refers to the identification of defects in furniture wood. The defects that are easy to appear in solid wood include cracking, crusting, insect eyes, mildew, etc. Consumers should carefully check the details when buying, and cracked furniture must not be purchased. If the furniture panel has crusting, it is necessary to pay special attention. If the back has the same crusting, it means that it is a dead knot, and it will fall off during use, which is a serious defect. When judging whether the furniture material is mildewed, it is necessary to carefully observe whether the surface of the material is green or has water marks.

Proportional Valve

Proportional valve is a valve that relies on the statics to supply a reduced pressure to an output line.

A simple example is where spring load applies a reducing force so that the output pressure is reduced. Proportioning valves are frequently used in cars to reduce the brake fluid pressure to the rear brakes.

There are different types of proportional valves as below:

1.    Electro-hydraulic proportional valve

2.    Proportional pressure Reducing Valve

3.    Proportional servo valve
