Talking about the Main Execution Standard of Domestic Aluminum Alloy Profiles

【China Aluminum Industry Network】 (1) Enterprise Standards If a company produces products that do not have national, industry, or local standards in place, it is required to establish its own corporate standards as the foundation for production. These internal standards must align with local procedural requirements and be registered with the Bureau of Supervision. The quality and technical supervision system operates under localized management. Once samples are collected, they must be submitted to the local quality and technical supervision bureau for standard review and verification. This process helps ensure compliance and product qualification. Companies should proactively track the inspection process and results in advance, especially for products such as small materials, non-architectural aluminum profiles, decorative profiles, and export-grade profiles. By doing so, they can address any potential issues promptly and maintain product quality. (2) GB5237.1~5-2008 & GB5237.6-2004 Aluminum alloy profiles used in construction must comply with the aforementioned standards. Any aluminum alloy profile intended for the construction sector must be manufactured according to the mandatory requirements outlined in GB5237.1~5-2008 and GB5237.6-2004, ensuring strict quality control throughout the production process. (3) GB/T6892-2006 "General Industrial Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Profiles" Industrial aluminum profiles refer to extruded aluminum products that are not used for building doors, windows, curtain walls, or interior and exterior architectural applications. Most of these products follow the GB/T6892-2006 standard, which applies to general industrial use. These profiles are widely utilized in sectors such as aerospace, transportation, rail vehicles, electronics, sports equipment, radiators, decoration, power energy, petrochemicals, and machinery manufacturing. (4) GB/T26014-2010 "Non-Architectural Aluminum Alloy Decorative Profiles" Non-architectural decorative aluminum alloy profiles are primarily designed for aesthetic purposes. If there are specific dimensional deviation requirements, they should be clearly stated in the contract. In the absence of special instructions, the general tolerance levels specified in GB/T14846-2008 apply. These profiles are commonly used in vehicle interiors and exteriors, home appliance accessories, kitchen appliances, electronic devices, interior design, medical equipment, instrumentation, and office facilities. (5) GB/T14846-2008 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Profile Size Deviation" Another important standard for industrial aluminum alloy profiles is GB/T14846-2008, which focuses specifically on size deviations. This standard is only applicable to the dimensional specifications of industrial extrusions. For other aspects, such as mechanical properties or surface finish, companies should refer to GB/T6892-2006. (6) Foreign Advanced Standards In addition to domestic standards, many companies also adhere to foreign advanced standards. These include EU EN12020-2, which outlines allowable size and shape deviations for precision aluminum profiles (6060 and 6063), EN755-2 for mechanical performance of rods, tubes, and sections, ANSI H35.2 for dimensional tolerances in the U.S., and JISH4100 in Japan for extruded aluminum profiles. These standards are often applied for special clients or projects requiring international compliance, particularly in construction and foreign engineering supervision.

Indoor Sauna Room

A sauna room, also known as a sauna or steam room, is a dedicated space designed for relaxation and wellness purposes. It is typically a small, enclosed room that provides heat and humidity for therapeutic benefits. Sauna rooms come in various types, including traditional saunas, infrared saunas, and steam saunas.

Sauna rooms offer numerous benefits for both physical and mental well-being. The heat in saunas helps increase blood circulation, which can promote cardiovascular health. Sweating during sauna sessions helps flush out toxins from the body and can improve skin health by unclogging pores. Regular sauna use may also aid in muscle relaxation, reducing muscle tension and relieving joint pain.

Sauna rooms are commonly found in fitness centers, spas, and wellness retreats. They are also increasingly popular in private homes, where individuals can enjoy the convenience and privacy of having their own sauna. Sauna rooms are perfect for unwinding after a workout, rejuvenating the body and mind, and creating a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation.
