These kinds of pipes all have strong hardness and all need mechanical connection, so the connection at the joints directly affects the construction quality of the pipeline. PP-R pipe is an environmentally-friendly pipe developed in the mid-1990s. It is modified from polypropylene and extruded. It has excellent heat resistance and high strength, and its production cost is low. This pipe adopts hot-melt connection, the construction process is simple, and the construction quality is easy to be guaranteed. Currently widely used in the market. The various physical properties of PB pipes are superior to those of the above pipes. However, due to the high price of raw materials polybutene, the scope of use is greatly limited. At present, it is used more frequently in hot water supply and buried in high-end residential buildings.

2. Installation characteristics of environmentally friendly plastic pipes in actual use The nominal pressure of pipes and fittings used in U-PVC pipe buildings should be 1.6MPa; pipe connections should be made of socket bonding or rubber sealing rings. Injection molded externally threaded fittings shall be used when the piping and metal fittings are threaded. When the pipe is connected to the metal pipe and the flange is flanged, it is recommended to use an injection molded flange with a socket flange and a metal flange. Plastic reinforcement pipe fittings, inlaid metal or corrosion-resistant metal pipe fittings shall be used for the connection between the pipeline and the water supply plug.
