Recently, the "Safe Production Elemental Management System" developed by the Tingxia Reservoir has been granted an invention patent by the State Intellectual Property Office. This marks another significant achievement for the reservoir, following the utility model patent it received last November. The system is currently the only invention patent in the field of domestic safe production management at the top level. It represents a groundbreaking approach that integrates the concept of elementalization with information technology, networking, and automation. With high theoretical value and extensive application potential, this system is set to revolutionize the way safety is managed in industrial settings.
Since its implementation in October 2006, the elemental management model has helped the Tingxia Reservoir identify and eliminate over 100 safety hazards annually. Remarkably, no major safety accidents have occurred for more than six consecutive years. The system has also brought substantial cost savings, with an estimated annual labor cost reduction of over 200,000 yuan. The overall benefits generated by the reservoir are immeasurable. The system has since been widely adopted across dozens of large and medium-sized reservoirs, as well as in various industries both within and outside the province.
Through the use of elemental management, relevant organizations have effectively addressed long-standing issues such as incomplete responsibility enforcement, inadequate hazard inspections, and the lack of a sustainable safety mechanism. It has significantly improved the efficiency of safety management processes and provided strong technical support for the modernization of production safety practices.

Segmental Assembly Formwork
The segment assembly formwork system is a new type of non-standard mechanical equipment applied to prefabricated cantilever assembly segment beams.
Through the analysis and demonstration of segment assembly technology at home and abroad, combined with previous experience in the design, production and construction of bridge formwork, after BY1203 and BY1306, the BY1507 automatic segment box girder prefabrication system was developed and launched. The segmental assembly template includes five parts: outer mold system, bottom mold system, blocking system (fixed end mold and mobile end mold), inner mold system and bottom mold trolley. The advantages of this method are that it occupies a small area, is easy to operate, is relatively small due to terrain restrictions, is relatively convenient to arrange beam fields, and has a high utilization rate of pedestals and templates.
