Has good physical, mechanical and chemical properties, especially excellent friction properties.

POM is a crystalline plastic and its melting point is obvious. Once it reaches the melting point, the melt viscosity drops rapidly. When the temperature exceeds a certain limit or the melt is heated for too long, it will cause decomposition.

Copper is a catalyst for POM degradation, and copper and copper materials should be avoided where they come in contact with the POM melt.

If the machine shuts down, the barrel temperature can be reduced to 150°C. To stop the machine for a long time, the machine must be cleaned and the heater turned off.

Impurities or dirt can alter the POM's superheat stability (especially POM-H). Therefore, when the halogen-containing polymer or other acidic polymer is used up, the POM material can be used only after the PE is cleaned, otherwise an explosion will occur. Improper pigments, lubricants, or materials containing GF nylon can cause plastic degradation.

9. Post-treatment For parts that are used at very high temperatures and have high quality requirements, heat treatment is required.

For the annealing treatment, the product can be immersed for 30 minutes in a ** solution with a concentration of 30%, and then visually observed to determine whether there is a residual stress crack.
