Installation and fixing of Steel Bar Grating ceiling:
There is two methods to fixed the Steel Safety Grating. One is welding, this method adjust to permanent without disassembled. Welding Safety Grating on the supporting material. Welding point should on the first root flat steel of each board. Welding length is not less than 20mm, width not less than 3mm.
The other is fixed Steel Grating Plate with Clamps. It will not destroy the zinc coating and easy to remove. Each Steel Grating Panel should be fixed with four clamps at least. For large size Steel Grating Panels, you`d better fixed with more clamps.
