Recently, the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the autonomous region organized and accepted the second-phase project acceptance inspection for the key pollution source automatic monitoring project in the autonomous region. Experts from the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Tsinghua University, and other officials from the Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission, Economic and Information Commission, and the Department of Finance attended the acceptance meeting.
The total investment in the two phases of the project totaled more than 80 million yuan. It was built by China Unicom and utilized IT technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, 3G, 3S and other IT technologies to build the first environmental monitoring platform based on the Internet of Things technology and concepts. The unified regional environmental data center and environmental space data sharing service platform have been built, and environmental protection services such as pollution source monitoring, environmental quality monitoring and environmental emergency management have been integrated into a unified platform, which has basically realized the sharing and service of environmental data throughout the region.
The project has already completed the automatic monitoring of more than 400 sewage outlets of more than 200 enterprises and completed the on-line monitoring of the working conditions of power plants of 300,000 kilowatts or more. It has basically formed the “trinity†of the key pollution sources in the region (online, video, and condition monitoring). Monitoring methods and measures.
